Sharing Roommates. We don't allow assignment or subletting, meaning you can not replace roommates with new roommates. Our rentals are not a place to sow your wild oats before settling down, or other behavioral issues that come with shared housing. We are not a modern-day version of a weekend motel. Students, non-student buddies and girlfriend roommate arrangements or a bunch relatives sharing a place brings with it quick departures and many other behavioral issues.
 

We don't rent out rooms with a one fit all package
rental rate, which in reality is shared housing.

 
 
Just a few of our policies, not all but just a few...
If you can't pay one month's rent, how are you
going to be able to pay two?
And, if you can't pay two month's rent you
will never be able to pay three.
We are not a welfare management company.
If you have a hard time paying rent,
its best to find another place to live.

No mechanical work allow on the property. It brings with it...
stacked tires, auto parts set aside for the next weekend, etc.
